SMOOVE" is the new brainchild from the founders of The Party Box.Since 2009, SMOOVE concentrates on the Small and Medium satellite Music and Dance events to increase the social and partying network of the young people in Singapore. Yesterday, went to fort canning, Chuck Fest Ben&Jerry. Hong an, jia jun, hong ghee and i work tgt.

Was very tiring cause there was a slope need to run up and down.. The que was horrible, non stop que-ing from afternoon till night buying ice. I said to myself "so nice meh the icecream some more so expensive. One scoop 4.50, 2 scoop 8.50, 3 scoop 11. OMG!! My friends bought the icecream and i tried.. DAM NICE LA. One of the best icecream i ever tasted =xxx.

SO many girls la haha and was working with them =p. Work from 2pm to 12am.

Wake up today again and went there to work agian from 10 - 12. The event was successful.

Starting of the movie is boring but in middle the show is good. Its a NC16 show =)

About the Story..

Synopsis

REC revolves around a television reporter, Ángela Vidal, and her cameraman, Pablo, who cover the night shift in one of Barcelona's local fire stations for the fictional documentary television series 'While You Sleep'. The firehouse receives a call from an apartment building about a woman who is trapped. When they arrive, the police break down the door, with Ángela and Pablo recording their actions. The woman becomes extraordinarily aggressive and bites one of the policemen. Meanwhile, the terrified residents gather in the entrance hall, and look on as the police and military seal off the building. The camera crew remain trapped inside the building with the residents, and continue recording in spite of police pressure. Ángela interviews a little girl named Jennifer who lives with her parents and dog in the building. Jennifer is ill with what her mother claims is tonsilitis. She says her dog, Max, is at the veterinarian because he appeared to be sick as well.

A health inspector wearing a hazmat suit arrives and attempts to treat the injured, who become fiercely violent despite their critical injuries. The health inspector explains that the time the disease takes to cause sickness depends on blood type. The health inspector also reveals that, sometime during the previous day, a dog with the illness was taken to the veterinarian; the dog became violent and attacked and killed other pets at the clinic. The dog was euthanized, and was traced back to the apartment building. Jennifer, the girl who owned the dog, then suddenly attacks her mother. The inspector tells the distraught residents that this unknown but virulent disease is infecting people, causing them to turn into bloodthirsty savages. More and more people in the building become infected, and Ángela and Pablo are forced to fight them off. Eventually they learn that there is a key to a door in the apartment building workshop, which leads to an exit via the sewer system. However, the key is located on the third floor in a resident's apartment.

After finding the key, Ángela and Pablo appear to be the only human survivors, everyone else being dead or infected. Rather than making their way to the workshop, they are forced upstairs to the penthouse by the remaining infected. They then search the penthouse, and discover that its former owner was an agent of the Vatican who was charged with researching and isolating a suspected virus believed to be the biological cause of demonic possession, which was later confirmed to exist in a young girl who was supposedly possessed. The agent kidnapped and brought the girl to the penthouse to conduct his research and to possibly cure her, unfortunately during the work the virus managed to mutate and become contagious. A door to the attic opens, and Pablo uses his camera to look inside. Something jumps at the camera and breaks its light. Pablo turns on the night vision to see in the dark and discovers the sealed door referenced earlier by the agent on an audio tape. The agent abandoned his efforts to cure the girl after failing to engineer a vaccine and sealed her in the room before leaving the city. The girl, now a ghoulishly emaciated figure, begins searching the kitchen area, unaware of Ángela and Pablo's presence. Pablo tries to escape, but trips and is viciously attacked by the girl, making Pablo drop the camera. Ángela picks it up and runs, only to trip and drop the camera as well. She searches for it but is unable to find it. The camera continues to record as the screams of the infected girl are heard and Ángela is dragged into the darkness, screaming.

hi, didn't post because i am too busy? haha. The chalet we had was fun (: . We went to

the tower and red house(din go in). Wanted to watch the coffin at pasir ris but not

out yet. Just learned how to play Majong(correct spelling?) hehe. The Past few day my

dad intro this job to me, he said that just by using a machine to wash dish. So i ask

john to come along with me. We went there and ... WTF. Guess what? we uses our hand to

wash!!! Dam tired, wanted to just leave.

Woke up at 10.30 today. at around 1 plus swee san and jia jun came to my house. We went downstairs my house to have lunch. After our lunch, we rest awhile than we went to jia jun house to take basketball to play.

DAm hot the weather. Played awhile tired le.

At around 4 plus jia jun went home. Swee san and i went back to my house. He like very sian watching me play game haha.

At night we went downstairs again to eat. WE ate the chicken chop with black pepper, nice!. After that Swee San went home.

Swee san and Hong an came to my house to play Basketball. We played for 30 mins after that bing hong(crazy frog) join us. Contender Asia star Kim Khan Zaki or “ Zach” of Singapore will meet Brazilian Champion Leonardo "Amendoim" Monteiro in the "International MuayThai Superfights” here in Malaysia on July 5th at Stadium Malawati, Shah Alam, Selangor.
The fight will be part of an extraordinary ‘World MuayThai Council (WMC) Inter-Continental Championship’ fight card that includes other Contender Asia Stars-Dzhabar ‘The Genghis Khan’ Askerov and Zidov ‘Akuma’ Dominik pitting against Singha Siri, the Southern Thailand Champion and Iranian hardman Abbas Ahmadi respectively.

A former student of Capoiera, a Brazilian form of martial art, Leonardo took up MuayThai five years ago and immediately rose to prominence, clinching the Sao Paolo state champion title and went on to win the national championship. He was voted best foreign fighter in Chiang Mai, Thailand in 2007. Leonardo, whose favourite Muay Thai ‘weapon’ of choice is the knee, boasts a fight record of 27 fights and 18 wins with 10 KOs. He is taking the fight with Zach as one of his ‘challenges’ in his MuayThai journey and he is currently studying Zach’s every move. He has this to say,” I hope his left shoulder don't go pop again for we are gonna make a good fight come 5th July.”

Commenting on Leonardo’s remarks, Zach replied,” I’m gonna go in do my best and show everyone in KL what I am capable of and bring back the Inter-Continental title back to Singapore.“

To prepare for this adrenalin charged encounter, Zach engaged strength and conditioning coach, Mitch Chilson of Fightshape who has designed a strategic program/workout for Zach to strengthen his legs, arms and especially his shoulders.

This is the first time that both fighters are meeting each other. Fight fans believe that Zach is in for a very tough fight.
